The 24th edition of The Hindu EducationPlus Career Counselling program will be held in Bengaluru on May 9th, 2024, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.
The event aims to guide students making crucial decisions about their future education and career paths, particularly after their Class 10 and 12 exams. It will feature expert advice from a diverse panel of professionals representing various fields including engineering, medicine, law, management, design, and emerging technologies.
Key highlights include sessions on understanding the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and its impact on higher education, navigating the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for central universities, and exploring alternative career options beyond traditional streams.
Specific sessions will address career opportunities in fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, and the evolving job market. There will also be guidance on study abroad options, including scholarships and visa processes.
The event will provide personalized counselling through one-on-one interactions with experts. Students and parents can seek advice tailored to individual academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.

Registration is open online through the EducationPlus website and is mandatory for attending the event. The program is supported by partners like REVA University (Principal Partner), and co-partners include Narayana Institutions, VIBGYOR High School, and Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
