Key areas of focus include improving the quality and availability of accommodation, particularly the construction of new cottages and renovation of existing ones. The EO directed officials to expedite the completion of ongoing construction projects and ensure timely maintenance of all facilities.

Addressing concerns about long waiting times, plans are underway to optimize queue management systems. This includes exploring options for a better distribution of devotees and potentially implementing a token system to reduce crowding. Improved restroom facilities with increased capacity and better hygiene standards are also prioritized.

The EO emphasized the importance of providing clean and readily available drinking water throughout the temple complex. He instructed officials to increase the number of water points and ensure regular maintenance of existing infrastructure.

Furthermore, the review covered the provision of prasadam and anna prasadam (food offering). Measures are being taken to enhance the quality and hygiene of food served to devotees.

Officials were directed to address issues related to parking facilities and transportation within Srisailam. Improving the overall cleanliness of the temple premises and surrounding areas was also highlighted.

The EO stressed the need for continuous monitoring of devotee feedback and prompt resolution of complaints. He encouraged officials to adopt a proactive approach to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. The goal is to create a more comfortable and spiritually fulfilling experience for all visitors to Srisailam.
