Maharashtra Class 10 results out; over 92% students pass, girls outperform boys again

## Maharashtra Class 10 Results Summary

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the Class 10 results on May 21, 2024.

**Overall Pass Percentage:** 92.36% of students passed the examination.

**Girls’ Performance:** Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 93.09%.

**Boys’ Performance:** Boys achieved a pass percentage of 91.71%.

**Regional Performance:**

* **Konkan Division:** Topped with a pass percentage of 96.15%.
* **Kolhapur Division:** Secured the second position with 95.17%.
* **Pune Division:** Recorded a pass percentage of 94.85%.
* **Mumbai Division:** Achieved 93.64%.
* **Nagpur Division:** Registered 92.88%.
* **Latur Division:** Recorded 92.48%.
* **Aurangabad Division:** Achieved 91.79%.

**Number of Students:** A total of 15,76,238 students appeared for the exam.

**Students scoring 90% and above:** 1,75,422 students achieved scores of 90% or higher.

**Students scoring 75% and above:** 4,49,533 students secured marks of 75% or above.

**Availability of Results:** Students can access their results through the official MSBSHSE website (mahresult.nic.in) and other designated websites. Results are also available via SMS and DigiLocker.

**Re-evaluation and Photocopying:** Provisions for re-evaluation and obtaining photocopies of answer sheets will be available from May 28, 2024, to June 7, 2024.

**Supplementary Exam:** The supplementary examination for students who failed will be conducted in July 2024.
