Even a few slow, deep breaths help calm the mind and ease into the day.

Practice Gratitude and Embrace your surrounding

It can be as simple as being thankful for — a comfy bed, a loved one, or even the sunshine peeking through the window. Gratitude shifts your focus to the good, instantly boosting your mood.

Move — Just a Little

Happy people don’t always hit the gym at dawn. Sometimes it’s just a gentle stretch, a quick walk around the house, or a few yoga poses to wake up the body and get the blood flowing.

Tiny Tip: You don’t need an hour-long routine. Just simple tiny habits can help set a positive tone for your entire day.  For me, lighting incense, hearing the chirping birds, and watching sunlight stream through my window sets the mood just right.
